Such an upgrade for this home for some of the nicest clients we’ve worked with. Besides being dated and lacking in storage, the home felt dark, despite having a water view. Upstairs, we removed a wall that divided the kitchen from the living room to create an open, naturally lit space. We added a live edge breakfast nook in an existing bay window to give it a purpose. We added storage to the living room with some bookshelves to match the kitchen. Downstairs, we created a bar area in an awkward space with added flair provided by the homeowner. Upgraded hall and master baths, new flooring on both floors and stairs, new open railings and a fresh coat of paint completed this project.
