A new life for an old building...

This was done for owner and principle designer, Jennifer McLinko's, masters thesis. The premise was to create a new purpose for The Old City Hall Building in Tacoma,WA by introducing new venues that would benefit the building and surrounding community equally. The final design was a marriage between the old and new and included a large restaurant, small theater, and rooftop wine bar.
