Fresh update with organic textures...

This super cute kitchen was once a typical 90's style kitchen with cabinetry that lacked personality, were too small, and didn't provide useful storage. The homeowner really enjoyed cooking and just felt like nothing was working. The challenge was to create more useful storage, counter space, and bring their personalities in without changing the footprint of the room.

Utilizing the height of the vault was key in maximizing their storage. So up we went! Super tall cabinets on the one side brought in some height that draws your eyes upward. The roll-outs in the pantry make it much easier to reach items in the back of the cabinet. The glass doors add a reflective surface and allows for some display space for treasured items. The two tone look of the cabinets satisfied the desire for stained cabinets but keeps the look bright and open feeling. The soft blue tile has a handmade texture and is reminiscent of some of the homeowners travels.

Overall, a much more functional space with warm colors, great textures, and more personality.
