Historic apartment building gets an updated leasing and reception space…
This space was a dark, damp storage area in an 100 year old apartment building in Downtown Bremerton. The owner needed a new leasing office for their tenants and wanted to include an open reception space for the tenants to use. We did some major clean up, added fresh paint, a restroom and an ADA ramp entrance. We kept the new furnishings and décor more modern, with traditional flair. The result really paired well with the brick building.
